I need to quote how much this will cost met.  Basically i need the same thing as that image manipulation script does.  I am not sure of the technology used there.  Please quote me. As soon as job is done i am paying with not problems. To make it cheaper if there is an opensource similar to this somebody can modify to fit like memolia.com, that would work too.
