Php /advanced flash form with user interface. The user fills with information. There are two forms, short form and long form. The user may fill either one of them. The application will compare the information entered by the user and produce a series of graphs comparing the user information with a simple database. The user will receive a pdf output that he or she may print. The pdf file will be emailed to the user as well.
The application is a basic one and needs to be done promptly (4-5 days max).
