-Allows Admins To Post Petitions Which Members Can See also allows admin to add data about the petition (Members Can Suggest Petitions However An Admin Has To Accept It)
Detail Shown (Amount Of User Signed Up, Date Posted, Question)
Admin Can See Name, Email And Date User Joined
Members Can See Only How Many Users Have Joined From A Political Party
Admins Can Remove Users From Petition, Close Petition, Create Petition

- Footer shows the top 5 parties via top amount of members (Logo, Name and amount of members shown for each of the 5)

Party Page 
Admin Can add party (Name, Logo, Party Leader, Information, Website, RSS Feed, Amount Of Members)
There is a page that shows all parties which members can click to go to there page called partylist.php shows small logo, name
amount of members for each

Article section
For each party there is a article section which allows users to post information which others can comment, this is shown in a easy way and only users that signed up to that party can add an article/comment but all members can read the topics, members article number is also posted
Admin can post in all party boards and edit and delete comments and articles if necessary
