We want to update the look of an existing Joomla membership site and use a completely different template.

The site consists of about 80 content pages and also uses Fireboard for the forum  We have a template in mind and have some of the new design elements done.

Before we accept a bid from you we want you to tell us the exact step by step plan how you are planning to get this done without affecting the current forum posts or user experience during the transition.
