Web 2.0 Style Web designer needed Wordpress

I need web 2.0 style website done in wordpress.  The designer need to be able to produce quality work.  

The ability to make flash presentation is highly desirable.

Desginer need to be a good communicator and bring my idea to live.

i am a computer company here and may need to outsource more websites.  Need someone reliable and dependable and not take forever to get the work done.
