I have an idea for an iPhone application that I want to have developed.

This application should be ready within a months time frame.

I do not care where the providers are located but I need to hire people that DO have previous experience doing this stuff.

I don't need a whole team of developers but if a team applies I will also consider them.

The application itself will be very straight forward but I need the programmer to pay special attention to details so that the app itself is neat.

I don't pay upfronts but I do pay when providers do their assinged job.
