We need a simple PHP script to be used on our servers.
 - Will have a simple MySQL table 
 - Web REST API so that iPhone devices will be able to send 3 parameters to be stored in the DB
 - Once in a minute the PHP code should run an SQL on the DB and send apple all the relevant records.

You can use any Open Source code that you want (and there are some good sources for doing this task)
