To understand my requirements, 

check mobile.dubai.ae, the website actually integrates with multiple site aggregating different data from data source providers.

for example, under Home>Financial>Live Quotes from DFM

the presented data is captured from a different website http://www.dfm.ae

Another service, Home>Traffic>Traffic Fines&Inquiry --currently, not working.. It gets certain data from user > then passes it to police site http://www.dubaipolice.gov.ae > then gets results back to original site.

I want a developer who got the expertise to do that as I am planning to create a site having many interactive services like the above.
