I need assistance in a project that I have been working on for a few months, we are building an application to track and manage employee attendance, and behaviour as it applies to attendance and vacation. We have begun (one developer) building the basics but need a professional to assist. This application is designed for managers of small to mid size business to track thier employee attendance and caclulate total costs in multple ways and report them in graphs charts and forms. Also the second teir to this is the solftware must be able to send employee disciplinary or attendance warnings that manager can see have been ddelivered and read, and must be user friendly and very intuitive while offering an easy to use and operate interface.
