Restaurant Coupon Database with web and iPhone frontend.
Functionality Web:
For Restaurants: 
Register with name, address, category, infos. 
Place coupons with offer and validity date.
For visitors:
Search for coupons by category, and nearby (region/city)
Register for news about new coupons in region. 
Same for iPhone. Iphone either App or WebApp (similar to Appstore App: Live Coupon / MealDeals).

We could provide HTML page Layouts and eventually database  as well as iPhone Design Layouts.
Programmer should write all dynamic functions and iPhone App
