Create an iphone application for a second-hand item marketplace in the UK. We require quotes for development based on three phases of functionality:

Phase 1:
We require an iphone application which will allow users to:
- search a database of second-hand items,
- return listings in either list format or on a map,
- re-order listings by location, cost or age of listing,
- view listings in more detail (full description, contact information)
- use contact information to contact seller through the app (phone, email)
- get directions to the seller of the item (maps)
- save favourite searches
- save advert details to review offline
- provide banner advertising opportunities across the application

Phase 2:
As above but with additional functionality including:
- place a free advert with text and photos to feed back into Loot's system.
- the ability to push new 'matching' search results to saved favourite searches to the iphone app.

Phase 3:
- place a paid advert with text and photos to feed back into Loot's system.
- the ability to process payments using paypal

Applications will need to demonstrate experience in delivering map-based iphone applications that process external data.
