Hi,

We are looking to develop a fully functional topical Wiki with some customized features. Here are the specifics:

Functionality: 
- Standard wiki functionality (similar to Wikipedia.org, WikiHow.com, etc.) for user generated wiki entries (including text, pictures and videos)

- Custom format template for new wiki entries by users (visual template design will be provided in PPT format)

- Website users must be able to register for a user profile under which they can create and edit wiki entries

- Registered website users must be able to rate wiki content (e.g. 1-5 stars for videos, pictures and articles - similar to rating on Youtube.com or Amazon.com)

- All website users must be able to sort video and pictures by ratings (top rated content must come first)

Inputs/guidelines:
- We will provide specific design layouts for the wiki page template in PowerPoint format (this design is to be replicated for the website)
- We will be available to clarify any questions daily via phone (Skype or other), chat, and email

Timing:
- We are looking to assign this project by Sunday, January 17, 2010
- This project must be completed within 5 days from the date of assignment
