I need someone for short job to convert a page from old, HTML with frames, into a website of numerous individual pages so it can be maintained more easily.

This job will use all of the same content and photos and paypal buttons.  All on the content is present and I have documentation and a new design. It is approximately 10 pages of content and all the pages a similar design / master page.
