Looking to build a Website with mostly video Content.

I am Still working on finalizing the basic website requirement, but they Will include the follwing: 

- Home page layout similar to ted.com
- Facebook & twitter login 
- Ability to tweet or msg to twitter of Facebook While you watch videos
- Video upload form for content providers 
- leaning towards Ooyala's video player but still Undecided
- Web Analytics 


You MUST have experience in building video website and Be able to demonstre it with references.
