This project is to create a site from a rocket theme template: http://demo.rockettheme.com/aug08_j15/
You will need to be familiar with setting up the database/joomla engine.
I will give you the template, and content for you to populate.
The website will have videos/music/images.  You will need to be familiar with video/music streaming.
You will need to be able to make minor customization to the template.
This should be straight forward.
