I need a site created to do the following.
A user uploads a document to the site.
The site counts the pages of the document.
A user is provided with the page count and the estimated cost to print the job. IE: $1.00 per page. 10 pages = $10.
If the user agrees, a pin non-sequential number is generated (Under 8 digits).
The user then pays using Google checkout.
Once paid the job is released to print to a printer using the pin. (This is still a pending task to be discussed)

I will be responsible for the design of the pages. You need to build the site code using PHP, MySQL, and Google Checkout.
