I'm looking for a Flash developer how has experience with Flash streaming and can add RTMP streaming support to a WordPress Audio player (source & documentation available here http://wpaudioplayer.com ).

The existing player can only play MP3 files via progressive download. We require that player is modified to include support for live and on-demand RTMP streaming of MP4 files.
