I am looking for someone to help me build a services/marketing website using Joomla or Drupal. I understand the basics, but would like someone with experience to make the website more professional.

Initially it would be about 10 pages, including a blog, a list builder, rss feeds, etc.

I am only interested in using a CMS that is mature, extendable, and easy to use and modify. Please do not respond with 'custom' website proposals.
