I need a web solution for my ecommerce business that I currently have 10 websites for. I want to unify them all, so I can have a shared shopping cart without login of the user, solely based off of IP relation. Additionally, I want an system developed for my vendors to submit items to my website(s), and the items submitted I want to have a tag feature. This tag feature I want it to be able to designate to any of my sites, mainly so I wouldn't have to input a list of item instead I could just input a field of tags that would include any products with those tags which doesn't double include if a product is in two tags. I don't mind if you use a pre-existing solution such as magento. Additionally, I am open to new solutions if you have any others to present or are willing to make a custom solution. I will need specialized search fields as well. Also I want a fully designed site which will include a logo I will supply you with.
