looking to find a salesforce programmer who is willing to take on the odd job here and there. more of a freelance situation.

I currently need SF modified to allow raw file access via the Account Page. I want to have instant access to DOC, PDF and XLS files from the account page. I want to be able to open and edit them. I want these files to be stored on my in house server but still accessable from outside my network. 

I dont want to use Google Apps or Box.net
