The scope is to:
- Understand our retirements in full
- Recommend the technology to be used (Joomla, Wordpress, Drupal, etc..)
- Create the design including lay out, graphics
- Develop, test and post the site on Godaddy
- Handover the design document to our local web developer
- Provide on going support and minor modifications for 12 months
