I'm creating a new website from scratch and I need a web- programmer he/she also needs to know design. He/She will create all the graphics for the site and the coding too. There are lot of things that I want the site be able to do.

The things I want my site to do is:

1. Able to register users (user-name, password, Birth, etc.)
2. Template (I want it to look like facebook)
3. Billing system

Those are the first three things I want done.

It has to have the same capabilities as facebook. Also leave a space so I can insert google adsense ads.
