I am trying to develop and sell CBT tracks and need a website portal developed very similar to http://www.kalliance.com/

- need cutting edge streaming video/audio integrated which will be in a mp4 format
- need a credit card/paypal system integrated with user login registrations.
- Site should able to work on iphone, new pdas with screen size more than 3.5 inches 

I am looking for someone with relevant experience. Use of a CMS system is must. Please send me your ideas with quotations.
I will provide contents for the site and pages.
