gDev is looking for a few Mobile Application Architects to establish a standard mobile application development platform, a standard mobile application software engineering process, and manage a team executing that process. This is a full time 40/hr week job that pays $30/hr. In order to be successful, a candidate must have

    * Excellent written and spoken english
    * ~10 or more years experience in software engineering and management
    * Real wisdom and experience developing applications with at least one of iPhone or Android

Potential candidates will be paid $250 for a fixed priced project to take a number of tests (while tracking hours using screenshots and webcam snaps) before being being hired full time. Excellent scores on all tests are not required for full time position, but test scores will be used to move candidates to the interview stage.
