Hello,
I need a provider(s) to design and develop a new website.
The idea is a website for small business as a portal, which let anyone to post his/her business and to build his/her own web page by using  a ready templates in the portal.

The homepage will show several business links (rotated by defined admin rules) and categories/sub-categories, and search engine.

The web page building engine is like those:
http://www.webs.com
http://www.homestead.com

The engine should include a flash/video guide and help/tips.

After user is created and authenticated by email he can build his/her web page and when he/she finished the web page and the business details is entered to the pending queue and will be shown after administrator approve it.

All business web page will includes an identically contact template with Name, Address, Phone, Mobile Phone and Email, and a link for contact form.
 
Users will be able to promote themselves by buying "credits".

The website directory will include simple search engine and advanced search engine by category/sub-category or/and area (location)

The website will be in Hebrew and right-to-left direction.

The Portal will be in the center of the screen while in the header will be 3 banners, in the footer random links to internal sub-web sites and in both sides banners.
