A project manager needed to document the requirements of a complex project based on the following products.

Joomla, MySQL, AJAX, CSS, PHP, XHTML, JavaScript

The deliverable is a requirements document that describes exactly what the website functionality in sufficient detail to enable designers to build the wireframe from this document.
It is imperative that the provider has significant experience in designing websites with the products mentioned above, has a very good command of English, communicates well, and understands the challenges and solutions for building a large complex webservice.

If you have the above skills and can write a clear and succinct requirements document for a complex website from which a designer can develop the design and wireframe, please respond.  This is an urgent requirement.
