We need to automate a google adwords campaign. Hundreds of products in a dozen categories. Prices change everyday. Solution must use parameterization and local database to MINIMIZE expenditure of API credits as much as possible. PHP or Java automated task required (no web / no gui). Same version of code must work in sandbox and live account.
