I need an help with an exisiting rails project. The following tasks will need to be completed:

1. Setup a git repository for the application. I also want some advice on correct repository layout to maintain production/development versions.

2. Create migtrations from an existing database schema.

3. Create a Capistrano script to deploy the rails app from the git repository. This rails application has multiple databases so I need that catered for as well as creating multiple database users

4. Create a shell script to setup a new Ubuntu VPS. The following software needs to be installed and configured

 - PostgreSQL
 - Apache / Passenger
 - Ruby / Rails / 
 - JasperServer 
 - Pentaho PDI

I want to turn this into a long term relationship as there will be maintenance requried.
