Need a Creative web Programmer to develop a Real Estate CMS website in PHP and MySql. 

An example of what i am looking is given below in the following link.

I don't need any blogs or social network media or memebers login ids as shown in the example site above.

I should be able to create or delete pages,pics/images, links menus submenus, forms on any page at will. Also any opt in memebers after filling forms, once registered should be able to access reports. Just a plain CMS website professionally done. If free scripts are used to enhance the site would be a big plus and would be eligible for bonus if an excellent job is done and future work. I need a creative person. Period.
