Hi,

I am looking for an experienced web designer/developer who can help create my lifelong dream. 

I need a website similar to http://www.bigstockphoto.com/ - It has to be the full works, from design to back end.

I need a payment service, login, automated email, flash imagery. I also need a suitable search tool.  I also need a tool where the customer uploads a picture and can write a main header (upto 50 words) at the top and a small description (upto 500 words) at the bottom that is linked with the picture. 

For all succesfully loaded pictures, this will allow the general public to see ALL these pictures along with the accompanied text on the webpage - like a slideshow. 

I also need a disclaimer of some sort - not to allow any nude/rude images. 

I have very little knowledge, but I am not a web designer/developer and do not know much about creating a website. So dont know what experience is needed to create such a website. If you have the experience please contact me.
