I have this web site http://www.caflorian.it ( I follow myself 1/2 hours a days; I am not skills of programmer php)
We like find a company interest to work one or two mounth 2/3 hours a day of work ( withus) where we collaborate to increase the traffic in our hotel web site.
- Home page are W3c correct other page not, we need correct the code in W3C standard.
- In google analitycs we have nice performance only in italian market using the words " agriturism veneto" and not "agriturismo treviso" .
- In English market google words "treviso accommodation" or other words we are not mentionated in google.
- In german market " Reisen Venedig" or other words we are not mentionated ( probabily we need rewrite the text ).
- We have outbound link ( for example http://www.allacrosarona.com ) but are not mentionated in google link.

We are open to a project withus.

EXPLAIN ME YOUR PROJECT AND METHOD !!
