I'm currently seeking the help of a web developer/designer who can help me construct a website for a Printed Circuit Board manufacturer. I would like to start on this project ASAP, I need someone who can create a diverse site for me.

For requirements. I would like someone that can possibly make the site in Joomla, but any other format is fine as well if you can offer a better solution. The toughest part of the website will be the web design which will have to have the look and feel of sites that I list below, much of the information that will be on the site will be pre-written.
