posting to twitter from an rss feed or from a membership website (built in wordpress or joomla) that they log into.

I will provide the membership area to log into.  I just need the app to put inside the site that people can post to twitter from.

The posts have a tiny url with customizable anchor text that shows in the tweet instead of the tiny url.
