Experienced programmer required with several years experience in Web Development, Programming & Content Management Systems. I will be providing .psd layout files to work from and .doc notes which describes the functionality.

You must: 
• Have creative design skills and the ability to lead the project with creative input.
• Work independently, efficiently and quickly
• Have good English skills to provide expert input on project as well as status reports 
• Be available for short daily meetings to provide project updates 
• Meet project targets
