Free morphing scripts can be used, if you haven't developped such a script before.

I need a web online application.

Basically : User uploads picture of themselves and selects one of our character avatars. Amnd boom they have an Avatar of themselves.

It will need to auto detect facial features like: http://www.facemorpher.com/

Please bid if you are only really experienced and sure you could do this project.
