I need a facebook app built, installed and setup similar to this http://www.facebook.com/apps/application.php?id=23433376400 the idea is give away pet rescue ribbons or spay/neuter ribbons on peoples facebook pages and leave a spot for a donation if they choose to give one.  People should be able to send ribbons to as may users as they like.  I have the ribbon art work from the physical ribbons we have made already.  We would also like the ability to display the stats of how many ribbons have been sent on our page  facebook.com/animalshelters
