Flash based graph generating system

Create graphs which closely resemble "mock-up drawings".
The graphs must be able to accept  xml weather feeds which automatically update on an hourly basis.

The graphs must have a "mouse over effect" and the ability to zoom (when screen resizes)

The 10 graphs will serve as  "templates" to accept geo-coded XML feeds.


Data will be real time
