~Browser Database Update Functionality~

We need a developer to create an admin area that will allow a user to update the information in a database.  We currently have an admin login that works on an iPhone browser only, but it does not work all the time.  Additionally, it does not work on a normal browser window, if accessed from a PC.  We need the admin area to allow the following functionality:
     1. View list of listings
     2. Delete Feature, delete items in the database.
     3. Add and Edit Feature, currently this feature does not
 work in a normal browser and works occassionally on an iPhone web admin area.
     4.  export to csv feature 
 
The job is to either create a new admin area or use the current admin area to correct the functionality to our specifications. Examples of what the current admin area are available if selected for interview.
