I currently have a PayPal account and Twitter account. I will leave it up to you to decide where the page should be hosted. Someone told me my current host, GoDaddy is not good.

They said GoDaddy is notorious for "gotchas." For instance, GoDaddy blocks some common resourecs other hosts make available; they block these for security reasons.

You need to assess what resources are really available on GoDaddy especially before coding of the Twitter portion of the code. 

What I need designed is the following:

One HTML page like the one above, where a customer can surf on to the page, enter their event information that will be converted and condensed into a twitter tweet as they type, with a preview available (as in the example).

There will be a "Buy Now" button they will use to submit payment for the tweet. Immediately after payment is accepted by paypal, I want the tweet to be posted to my twitter account. The entire process will work by itself. No human interaction on my end will be required.

The page I need you to design will have:

1- One drop down menu titled "TYPE"  (like the CITY menu on the example above) The menu can be edited by us with HTML afte we take possession. 

2- An event date calendar like the one in the example

3-A "Description" box (like the Event Name on the example above)

4-A URL box like the one in the example that shortens the url if needed.

5-A place for our company logo on the top of the page
