Webmail service

The goal is to build an ajax webmail service (Qmail based)
We must develop an API (REST), a webmail, an Admin. 
We use SQLite to store emails.

The work required is as follows:

1. programming, design and documentation.
2. install the code on a provided linux server.
3. testing and debugging
