I'm seeking to hire 2 programmers for a website prototype now and the complete website later if all perform well and for a better pay. 

I need an experienced php/mysql programmer and a flash/Actioscript wizard. Both will work together with a graphic designer to produce a website prototype of 2 pages.

The first page should be done with flash like this http://www.aes.com/aes/index?page=home

And from there the second should look like this: go to http://www.gm.com/vehicles/ and click on "browse by all vehicles types" and GO. Basically what is needed is vehicles orbiting about and that zoom in with a mouseOver. Flash guy should be able to read returns from a php script.

I need experienced people, not researchers. This project should be over within 3 days. if you prove efficient then you'll work on the actual website with good pay. For the proto, I'm financing from my pocket with $40 for php/mysql and $60 for Flash/AS.

Note: I doubled this budjet because I ccouldn't have the right guys with the former budjet. This should be ok.
