We'd like a custom application to interface with our service.  We are an anti-spam solution and have an XML API that is publicly accessible.  We'd like for this application to use this API so that customers can manage their Spam Arrest settings.

The basic functionality will be as follows:

 - User will launch application
 - At this point, the user can either provide a username/password to log in or choose to sign up for an account
 - If they choose to sign up for an account, they will fill out a simple form to create an account
 - If they choose to log in, they will be able to access their Unverified email and modify their senders lists
