1) Candidate should have experience in customizing joomla and moodle with single template / theme.  
2) Should be able to customize look and feel and position of the components on joomla and moolde
3) Able to suggest secruity setup for the modules
4) Able to suggest suitable secure components for joomla
5) Existing logo has to be re-desinged to look more attractive. 
6) Should be able to communicate with time zone US ET
