I need a program built in Visual Basic (.net 2.0) that can edit .IPD files (BlackBerry contact lists backups). Similar to the progrma located at http://www.processtext.com/abcblackberryipdeditor.html

It needs to be able to edit files contact lists backed up from devices with OS 5.0+
