All the features that are on the sample site - it is important you familiarize yourself with that site

Full shopping Cart Features and the ability to track orders , this should be able to turned on and off

Payment Processor to integrate with Paypal and other processors

Ability to update and maintain products including pricing and images

Program to be suitable for installation on a linux based dedicated server
