We're hiring one coder capable of do the following requirements:

    * Coding from .psd file (Adobe Photoshop).
    * Compatible with IE 6/7/8, Firefox 3/3.5 and Webkit.
    * SEO Code-oriented.
    * Valid XHTML and CSS sorted, optimized and commented.
    * Code suitable for integration with jQuery, PHP, print friendly versions, etc..
    * Valid by W3C XHTML 1.0 Transitional.

We will put all the contents and configure the plugins, widgets and other customs. We only need the template ready to upload it to the templates folder on a BuddyPress installation.
