We need a basic C# website programmed. The site has already been designed, the developer will be required to produce the masterpages for the site. 

Photoshop files (psd) will be provided for the design elements. Additionally the site will use Blueprint CSS framework for layout. There will also be a need for a javascript based dropdown menu (on mouseover).

At this time there will be no content developed, and no database integration required.
