I am looking for someone with a lot of vBulletin experience. I have purchased the vBulletin 4.0 already and i am looking for it to be skinned with my logo colors. I also need a way to add , edit , delete, and move where the ads go on the site. I will provide specs details at the acceptance of the project. I do need to be able to add the ads with a file and with code. This needs to be done for flash and hmtl. I am looking for three basics designs /skins and i will pick one for you to proceed with.
