I am an individual and intended to set up a live TV website for mobile phone.
Course Apple's iphone do not support flash player, so the streaming are better in HTML5 format.

External streaming video sources are available, and just wish to setup the site and the converting server at the back. If you have any other ideas that could to do the same, please do not hesitate to let me know.

Item required to be finish
-a website of video streaming in HTML5 (please advise if you have altnative)
-server hardware requirement
