I'm looking for a programmer who can program a custom bookmark organizer desktop application script that is compatible with PC and Mac. Have custom design graphics related to my website graphics (if needed, I can provide graphics). I need special custom features (when programmer selected, will provide details). I need an admin database on my website members area to do all the feature editing, then after editing done, will click button to regenerate the software. If need the member's area up and running before you work on it, I can provide that or if you just need platform script in zip for the admin area (if need the script and other information, I can provide).

Keep it open source for later upgrades or more feature add ons.

This script can be worked on any program such as .net, visual express/basic, Delphi, c+, VB.net , adobe air, and etc
